Customer Service Representative
The purpose of this position is to perform clerical duties related to veterinary care and treatment, closely interact with clients and (small animal) patients, process invoices and payments, handle the cash drawer, and provide miscellaneous support to the veterinarians, veterinary practice manager and other staff members. Operates under the direct supervision of the veterinary practice manager.
The purpose of the position is to provide care and the basic needs of animals being housed or patients of Mercy Pet Clinic.
The purpose of this position is to assist veterinarians with patient care and treatment, monitor hospitalized pets, maintain inventory, prepare prescriptions, perform routine in-house lab work, educate clients regarding veterinary care and procedures and assist with surgical procedures. Operates under the supervision of the lead technician and the practice manager. This position will be for daytime hours, usually between 7am-6pm, in most cases scheduled as a 10 hour shift, 4 days per week, for between 38-40 scheduled hours per work week.
Veterinary Technician Assistant
The purpose of this position is to assist the technicians and doctors perform their duties in an efficient manner.
